What's the platform fee?
We charge a small platform fee on each booking that uses deposit collection or no-show charges. Free accounts pay 3%, Pro pays 2%, and Enterprise pays 1%.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?
All plans start free. Upgrade when you're ready — there's no trial period, because the free plan already lets you experience the full platform.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Staff management is included in Enterprise with no per-seat fees.
